I own two Raider boats and couldn’t be happier.   I’m very pleased with the design and the quality of workmanship.  For the price pound for pound I don’t think that there is a better aluminum boat in the market.  I have also dealt with Raider personally and they were very customer friendly.   I recommend Raider boats to all of my friends.

I like the new website.  Here’s few photos of my 2005 2272.  This is an awesome boat for living in eastern Washington but still being able to haul it over the mountains and fish Puget Sound and the San Juan Islands.  In addition to fishing, crabbing and shrimping I have also successfully used it to hunt mountain goats above Lake Chelan.

I modified the bow by removing the aluminum fish box and replaced it with two coolers recessed into the floor and plumbed into the drain to the stern.  I’ve got lots of photos of people holding fish and Dungeness crabs on it if you’re interested.   Thanks, Ryan Walker
